Reasonable compensation

Kolink Int'l Corp. provides a compensation system and benefits that comply with legal requirements, ensuring that wages are never lower than the statutory minimum. All employees are entitled to insurance and pension plans as mandated by law. The company adopts an equal pay for equal work policy, covering salary, benefits, bonuses, etc.
Salaries are adjusted annually based on the external market environment, company performance, and individual performance to ensure fair and reasonable compensation and working conditions.

Healthy workplace

Kolink values employee health and safety by conducting regular health check-ups and adding additional check-up items for employees in special positions. The company partners with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital to hire professional doctors and nurses who provide on-site services, and regularly promotes health awareness through posters and emails to remind employees to focus on their health.

Each year, Kolink conducts environmental assessments in compliance with regulations, actively promotes workplace safety, and holds occupational safety and health training to enhance employees' safety awareness. The company implements safety controls to prevent accidents and strengthen emergency response capabilities, aiming to reduce workplace accidents and injuries.

Kolink’s vehicle drivers hold valid driver’s licenses, and all vehicles are equipped with driving recorders. Regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs are also conducted.
